How it works, step by step:

1. Enter the property address for the inspection.
2. Select your role (home buyer, homeowner, or buyer’s agent) and add your contact information.
3. Tell us about the property so we can prepare for the visit.
4. Choose your inspection services and see your pricing on the spot.
5. Enter your option period deadline. This is the date your option period ends, not your inspection date. Our Client Coordinator calls you to set the actual day and time.
6. Read and sign the agreement. Paying online here is optional, not required. To open the agreement you will click “Pay Online,” but you can sign and leave the page without paying. We then call to confirm your inspection and lock in the day and time.

After you submit your request:

1. You’ll receive a confirmation email with inspection details
2. We’ll send preparation guidelines 24-48 hours before your inspection
3. We’ll contact you to confirm timing and answer any questions

Day of inspection:

• Our certified inspector will arrive on time and introduce himself
• Inspection typically takes 2-4 hours depending on home size
• You’re welcome to attend the inspection and ask questions once the inspection is concluded
• You’ll receive your detailed digital report the same day
