What to have ready:

• Name, email, and phone
• Real estate agent info
• New build sales person info (if applicable)
• Property address
• Preferred date and time
• Square footage (approximate is fine)
• Age of home
• Services needed

Note: The date and time is determined by the option period.

After you schedule:

1. You’ll receive a confirmation email with inspection details
2. We’ll send preparation guidelines 24-48 hours before your inspection
3. We’ll contact you to confirm timing and answer any questions

Day of inspection:

• Our certified inspector will arrive on time and introduce himself
• Inspection typically takes 2-4 hours depending on home size
• You’re welcome to attend the inspection and ask questions once the inspection is concluded
• You’ll receive your detailed digital report the same day
