Every report includes detailed documentation of all inspected home systems: structural, electrical, plumbing, HVAC, roof, and more. We photograph our findings so you can see exactly what we’re pointing out.
Our goal is that the report is useful to you as a roadmap to understanding your home.
How report delivery works: PDF reports are emailed as a download link. Please note that the link does expire, so download your report promptly. If you need another copy, we keep a backup and can re-email it. Reports are not accessible via an ongoing online portal.
