Yes, you’ll receive a detailed digital report with photos the same day as your inspection. The report includes our findings, recommendations, and explanations to help you understand what everything means.

Definitely. David is licensed for pest control through the Texas Department of Agriculture (TDA TPCL #0737882) and SPCS (#0733300), so we handle WDI/termite inspections in-house. No coordinating with separate vendors. One provider, one report.

David is a TREC Licensed Professional Inspector, InterNACHI Certified Professional Inspector, and InterNACHI Certified Master Inspector. All of these designations required extensive extra studies and qualifications. Plus, we’re a family business: David leads inspections while Sandy handles communications. The CMI designation requires demonstrated experience, ongoing education, and adherence to strict professional standards. Not all inspectors hold this credential. It’s InterNACHI’s highest level of certification.
